Production of custom orders is an average of 18 business days (3.5 weeks). This turnaround time starts from the moment the designs are confirmed, the sizes/numbers are confirmed, and the payment is made. Due to the limited quantities of certain fabrics refunds may need to be applied after payment for depleted materials. Custom Orders are non refundable.


Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the United States. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. Nik Spruill is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, Nik Spruill is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.


Color transference or color bleed may or may not occur on certain fabrics with bright or dark colors. This is a common industry problem and can become obvious under certain conditions. It is impossible for Nik Spruill to guarantee that items sold on this website will not bleed. Follow the care instructions and wash your items prior to use is highly recommended. Nik Spruill will not be responsible for any negative effects due to this issue.  We will not accept any returns that are caused by this problem.


Nik Spruill offers returns on most U.S. orders. Items purchased that are not SALE, PREORDER or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of receipt by mail. 

Please note: All swimwear, bodysuits, custom orders are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Nik Spruill will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 7 days of receipt by mail.

Nik Spruill does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. These items are solely produced at the specifications of the customer and cannot be re- sold. Therefore, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.

Any item that is returned more than 7 after delivery is not returnable. SALE and FINAL SALE items, however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.


  1. Email customer service at with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return and you will receive a MA# from a customer service representative.
  2. Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your proof of payment.
  3. Please indicate the MA number (MA#. . ) on the outside and inside of the package where it is visible. Without this MA# the processing of your return may be delayed.
  4. Mail your return to address provided by customer service 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.

Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process returned merchandise.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Nik Spruill is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
