I have reviewed and agree to the Nik Spruill / N.Cole® Stylist Pull Rental Agreement and this Approved Pull Summary, including the approved pieces, retail values, non-refundable 35% pull rental fee, insured outbound and return shipping charges, return deadline, and responsibility for loss, damage, alteration or late return. By checking this box, I intend to sign and enter into the agreement electronically. I authorize Nik Spruill / N.Cole® to charge the secure payment method saved for this approved pull for documented amounts owed under the Pull Rental Agreement. This includes reasonable repair or extraordinary cleaning costs and, for any piece that is lost, stolen, not returned, materially altered, destroyed or damaged beyond reasonable repair, up to the full retail value listed in this Approved Pull Summary. I understand that I will receive written, itemized notice identifying the affected piece and the amount charged.

Both acknowledgments are required before payment.
