Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
DHL Express local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
By law, Nik Spruill must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and will be delivered by your local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply go to your couriers website.
If you refuse a shipment from Nik Spruill, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nik Spruill. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Nik Spruill offers returns on most International orders. Items purchased that are not SALE, PREORDER or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of receipt by mail.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Nik Spruill is not responsible for return shipping.
Please note: All swimwear, bodysuits, custom orders are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Nik Spruill will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 7 days of receipt by mail.
Nik Spruill does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. These items are solely produced at the specifications of the customer and cannot be re- sold. Therefore, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.
Any item that is returned more than 7 after delivery is not returnable. Again, SALE, PREORDER and FINAL SALE items, are not refundable in any form.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will receive a MA# from a customer service representative.
- Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your proof of payment.
- Please indicate the MA number (MA#. . ) on the outside and inside of the package where it is visible. Without this MA# the processing of your return may be delayed.
- Mail your return to address provided by customer service
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process returned merchandise.
Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Nik Spruill is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
