Processing and delivery timing varies by piece and destination. Tracking is provided when an order is dispatched.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Review the current returns policy before ordering.

Approved pull rentals require a non-refundable fee equal to 35% of the approved retail value, plus insured outbound and return shipping. Submission does not reserve pieces or guarantee approval.
